Apt Deposit Requirements: Weekly: 50% deposit required at booking & balance 30 days prior to arrival date. Nightly: 50% deposit required at booking & balance due 15 days prior to arrival. Apt Cancellation Policy: Weekly: Full deposit refund less a $50 processing fee if cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations recieved less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to the full charges of the original reservation period. If we are able to re-book the cancelled week or any individual night your monies will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Nightly: Full deposit refund less a $25 processing fee if cancellation recieved 30 days or more prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to the charges of the original reservation period. If we are able to re-book any or all of the individual nights your monies will be refunded less a $25 processing fee. No refunds for early departures. Apt Minimum Stay Requirements: Rented weekly normally from Saturday to Saturday during June through August. 3 night minimum during all other periods. Apartment Amenities: Includes full kitchen with all utensils, combination dining/living room, fireplace, large screen cable TV, Wi-fi, ocean view, large private deck, daily continental breakfast, use of swimming pool, private parking & short walk (1/4 mile) to Nauset Beach. Apartment bedrooms each with queen bed & private bath. Additional queen sleeper sofa in living room. Towels & bed linens provided. No housekeeping.
