Apt Deposit Requirements: Weekly: 50% deposit required at booking & balance 30 days prior to arrival date. Nightly: 50% deposit required at booking & balance due upon arrival

Apt Cancellation Policy: Weekly: Full deposit refund less a $50 processing fee if cancellation received 60 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival -your deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book the cancelled week.

Nightly: Full deposit refund less a $25 processing fee if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival- your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee if we are able to re-book the cancelled nights. No refunds for early departures.

Apartment Minimum Stay Requirements: Three night minimum with weekly rentals available Saturday to Saturday.

Apartment Amenities: Includes full kitchen with all utensils, combination dining/living room, fireplace, large screen cable TV, Wi-fi, ocean view, large private deck, daily continental breakfast, use of swimming pool, private parking & short walk (1/4 mile) to Nauset Beach. Apartment bedrooms each with queen bed & private bath. Additional queen sleeper sofa in living room. Towels & bed linens provided. No housekeeping.
