Room Deposit Requirements: Reservations for one (1) night must be prepaid in full. Reservation over three (3) nights require a 50% deposit. This Advance Deposit guarantees to both guests and management the entire reserved period. Balance due upon arrival.

Room Cancellation Policy: We are pleased to guarantee your reservation for the entire duration of your requested stay. Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full deposit refund less a $20 per person processing fee. An early departure or last minute (less than 15 days) cancellation is subject to the full room charges of your original reservation. If we are able to re-book your room due to last minute cancellation or early departures, your monies will be refunded, less a $20.00 processing fee.

Room Minimum Stay Requirements: 6/13-9/30-2 nights; 5/1-6/12, 10/1-10/31, & 11/1-4/30: 1 night Sunday thru Thursday & 2 nights Friday, Saturday & All Holiday periods.The Nauset Suite has a 3 night minimum during 6/13-9/30 & 2 nights during all other periods

Holiday Rates as Follows:

Good Friday/Easter - 4/21-4/24/11 Default to "Spring" Rates
Memorial Weekend - 5/27-5/30/11 Default to "Summer" Rates
Thanksgiving - 11/23-11/26/11 Default to "Early Fall" Rates
XMAS/New Year - 12/23-12/31/11 Default to "Early Fall" Rates

VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted.

Check-In: 2:00-7:00 p.m. Arrivals after 7:00 p.m. will not be honored without prior arrangements.

Check-Out: 10:30 a.m. for rooms, 10:00 a.m. for apartments

Continental Breakfast served year-round - 8:00-9:30 a.m.

Call for reservations between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Directions to Ship's Knees Inn

From the Sagamore Bridge, take Route 6 (Mid Cape Hwy.) 35 miles to the Orleans exit #12. Turn right at the end of the ramp on to Route 6A. Follow to 1st traffic light & take a right on Eldredge Pkwy. Follow 1 mile to 2nd set of traffic lights & take a right on to Main Street. Follow Main Street 1-1/2 miles to fork in the road and bear left on to Beach Road. Follow 1.2 miles & the Ship's Knees will be on your left.
