Our 1  bedroom (sleeps 4 ) or 2 bedroom (sleeps 6) ocean view apartment includes large kitchen with all utensils, combination dining/living room, working fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen cable TV with Blue-Ray DVD, AC (in-season), Wi-Fi, large private deck, use of swimming pool (in-season), private parking, and continental breakfast served daily. Just a 1/4 mile walk (5 minutes) down the hill to the famous sand duned Nauset Beach.

1 bedroom (1 queen bedroom-sleeps 4 maximum)  $310/night thru 10/31 & $275/night from 11/1

2 bedroom (2 queen bedrooms-sleeps 6 maximum) $450/night thru 10/31 & $350/night from 11/1

Our king bedroom "Nauset" suite with private entrance is located in the 1971 addition to the 1820 main house. Guests will have approximately 450 sq ft of living area making it the 2nd largest accommodation at the Inn.

The king bedroom suite also includes a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room area allowing for a capacity of 4 guests. This unit has 2 large flat screen TV's, 1 with a DVD player and includes all of the other inn amenities of Wi-Fi, cable TV, AC (in-season) & refrigerator. This accommodation has a 3 night minimum in summer season & 2 nights during all other periods.
