This new (2010) 450-square foot suite comprises a bedroom with king bed and sitting area with soft seating; living room (separated by a pocket door), luxurious new bathroom, private entrance, two large flat screen televisions, one with DVD player, soft seating, desk, ample windows for natural light, individually controlled heat and air conditioning and low-pile carpeting. The color is beige with white wainscoting and the feeling is light and airy. Local artists’ works are tastefully arranged throughout the Suite. Outside, there are two Adirondack chairs on the lawn and, on the exterior landing, there is a slate seat as well. The Suite includes all of the other inn amenities of Wi-Fi, cable TV, refrigerator. This accommodation has a three-night minimum in summer season and two- night minimum during all other periods. Photos

Suite Deposit Requirements: Reservations for one (1) night must be prepaid in full. Reservation over three (3) nights require a 50% deposit. This Advance Deposit guarantees to both guests and management the entire reserved period. Balance due upon arrival. Suite Cancellation Policy: We are pleased to guarantee your reservation for the entire duration of your requested stay. An early departure or last minute (less than 15 days) cancellation is subject to the full room charges of your original reservation. If we are able to re-book your suite due to last minute cancellation or early departures, your monies will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee. Suite Minimum Stay Requirements: 6/14-9/30: 3 night stay; All other periods: 2 night stay.
