Apartment: Reserved by the week from Saturday to Saturday from mid June to late September with a 3 night minimum during all other periods. Remaining dates available for the 2024 high season: Due to a recent cancellation the weeks of 7/6-7/13, 7/13-7/20 & 7/20-7/27 are now available.
Remaining dates with 3 night minimum stays: 5/19-5/24, 5/27-6/1, 6/5-6/14, 6/25-6/29 & 10/10-10/15.
Access from the 2nd floor private stairs & deck, includes a full size kitchen with all utensils, combination dining/living room, working fireplace, 2 large flat screen cable TV’s (one in the living room with DVD player & the other in the bedroom). Ocean views from both the living room & bedroom, which includes a queen size bed with private bath. The dining room includes a large dining table with 4 chairs & the living room a large sofa, coffee table & 3 soft beige wicker chairs. Also includes wi-fi, AC (seasonal), ocean view, large private deck furnished for outside dining, private parking, light daily housekeeping, outdoor pool & our buffet style continental breakfast. Approx 750 sq/ft as 1 bedroom & 925 sq/ft as 2 bedroom at alternate rate.
