Policies

Room/Suite Deposit Requirements: Reservations for one (1) night must be prepaid in full. Reservations over two (2) nights require a 50% deposit. This Advance Deposit guarantees to both guests and management the entire reserved period. Balance due upon arrival.

Room/Suite Cancellation Policy: We are pleased to guarantee your reservation for the entire duration of your requested stay. Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full deposit refund less a $25 per room processing fee. A cancellation or other reduction to your original dates of stay (less than 15 days of arrival) is subject to the full room charges of your original reservation. If we are able to re-book your room due to a last minute cancellation or other reduction to your original stay dates, your monies, subject to the amount recovered under the new reservation which may be discounted, will be refunded, less a $25 per room processing fee. No refunds for early departures. Reservations received less than 15 days of the arrival date are non-cancellable/non-refundable. We strongly encourage travel/trip cancellation insurance as this policy is administered without exception.

Room/Suite Minimum Stay Requirements: 5/12-6/15 -2 nights;  6/16-9/30 -3 nights; 10/1-10/31 -2 nights. All holiday periods are a 3 night minimum. 1 or 2 night stays may be available if “sandwiched” between 2 other reservations. The Nauset Suite has a 3 night minimum during the entire 2023 season but 2 night stays may be available if “sandwiched” between 2 other reservations.  These “orphaned” nights will appear online or call the office to inquire.

We are not appropriate for children and welcome ages 12 and older only

Office or Self Check-In from: 2:00 – 6:00PM  Arrivals after 6:00PM with Self Check-in Instructions emailed for all reservations 48 hours prior to arrival. 

Check-Out: By 10:30 AM

Our continental breakfast is available from  – 8:00-9:00 AM

Call for reservations between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (May thru October) & 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Nov thru April).

We strongly encourage travel/trip cancellation insurance as this policy is administered without exception.

Nightly: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full deposit refund less a $30 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to the full charges of the original reservation period. If we are able to re-book any or all of the individual nights your monies, subject to the amount recovered under the new reservation which may be discounted, will be refunded less a $30 processing fee. No refunds for early departures. Reservations received less than 15 days of the arrival date are non-cancellable/non-refundable.

Apartment Minimum Stay Requirements: Rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday from mid June until mid September with a 3 night minimum during all other periods.

Apartment Amenities: Includes full kitchen with all utensils, combination dining/living room, fireplace, large screen cable TV, Wi-fi, ocean view, large private deck, daily continental breakfast, use of swimming pool, private parking & short walk (1/4 mile) to Nauset Beach. Apartment bedrooms each with 1 queen bed & private bath. Towels & bed linens provided.
